Ask your team one question. Get the honest version.
No forms. No scales. Your team just writes — freely and anonymously, in any language — and StaffVoice turns it into a management-ready report, in the format you asked for.

How it works
- 1
Ask one open question
No forms, no 1-to-5 scales. Pick from starter questions or write your own — and choose the report format you want back, in your own words if you like.
- 2
Your team just writes
Each person gets a link. No accounts, no app. They write rough notes whenever thoughts occur — and can keep adding more for the whole open period.
- 3
You get a management-ready report
When the pulse closes, the AI organizes everything into the format you asked for: themes, disagreements, quotes — plus suggested follow-up questions.
The report is the product
You choose the format — an executive summary for your director, a prioritized action list for yourself, or anything you can describe in a sentence. Regenerate the same pulse in a different format any time.
- · Themes with honest prevalence — no fake percentages
- · Disagreements surfaced, not averaged away
- · Suggested follow-up questions, one click to ask
- · Copy as Markdown, export to PDF, share a view-only link
Team report · Executive summary · 11 responses
How is the new on-call rotation working for you?
The rotation is broadly seen as fairer than the old system, and most respondents want to keep it. The dominant friction point is handoff quality — about half described starting shifts without enough context.
"I spend the first two hours of every shift figuring out what happened in the last one."
A couple of people flagged that weekend pages have quietly grown — worth watching before it becomes a retention issue.
Ask next: "What would make shift handoffs painless?"
Anonymity your team can actually believe
Most tools promise anonymity in the fine print and hope nobody checks. We make it structural — and we tell your team the honest version, because trust is what gets you real answers.
Nobody sees raw notes. Ever.
Managers and owners see only AI-rewritten responses and the report. The rewrite naturally launders writing style and timing, and raw notes are deleted 30 days after close.
Emails never connect to answers
Invite emails and responses live in separate tables with no link between them — not hidden, structurally absent. You see "4 of 9 responded", never who.
No early peeking
Pulses close on the schedule your team was told — there is no button to close early and read a near-identifiable report after one response.
And we're honest about the limits
Your team is told, word for word: "Anonymous means your name isn't attached. Your manager may still recognize details you include — write accordingly." No overclaiming.
Pricing
Priced per manager, sized to your team. No per-employee seats, no procurement meeting — a coffee budget, not an HR platform.

Fair questions
Is it really anonymous?
Anonymous means exactly one thing, and we say it to your team plainly: their name isn't attached. Managers never see raw notes — only AI-rewritten responses and the report. There is no join between invite emails and responses anywhere in our database, reports never reveal who signed and who didn't, and raw notes are deleted 30 days after a pulse closes. We also tell respondents honestly: a manager may still recognize details you include — write accordingly.
What does my team actually see?
One page with your question and a text box. They write, press send, done — and they can come back through the same link to add more thoughts until the pulse closes. No account, no password, no app to install.
Why can't I close a pulse early?
By design. A pulse closes on the schedule your team was promised, so nobody can close it right after one person responds and read a near-identifiable report. Your team can trust the full window — that trust is what gets you honest answers.
What does a report look like?
Whatever you asked for: an executive summary, themed bullets, a sentiment breakdown, an action-item list — or a format you describe in a sentence. Themes come with rough prevalence in words, disagreements are surfaced rather than averaged away, and short quotes ground every claim. If the signal is thin, the report says so honestly.
Your team has things to tell you.
Run your first pulse this week — it's free, and your team needs nothing but a link.
